Saturday saw me at the wonderful Lincolnshire wedding of Isobel and Edward.  They got married at the church that must have the best views in Lincolnshire – St Helen’s in West Keal.  I met up with Edward at the church with his large posse of ushers whilst they greeted the guests and Edward waited patiently inside for Isobel to arrive.

She looked stunning and arrived in a beautiful Lagonda (the year escapes me!) – one of the very last of its kind in the country.

The ceremony was lovely and from the church it was onto the gorgeous farm house of Isobel’s parents in Toynton St Peter.  They had hired a huge marquee – even the toilets were posh.  I got treated very well with a full three course meal, access to the catering tent and free soft drinks and coffee all day.   The speeches were all both touching and very funny and inlcuded  a very special present from one of the bridesmaids!

I was a great day, congratulations Mr & Mrs Younghusband (yes the most appropriate surname ever!)
