Lifestyle portraits are a little different from the run–of-the-mill standard studio portraits and simply are taken anywhere on location! This usually involves going for a nice walk in your favourite park and having me capture the fun and naturalness of the family outing. Shooting on location means that the family can have fun and be completely relaxed – it also gives the children a chance to runabout and play – giving me perfect opportunities to capture genuinely happy faces. Or, if you are a couple, you will be able to enjoy the nice surroundings whilst having a fun portrait session in Lincolnshire.

Hi Aidan,
I’m currently visiting Mablethorpe until the 19th of March and I am looking to hire a local photographer to take some fresh, natural-looking photos for a dating profile in the local area.
I am looking for a relaxed, short lifestyle shoot rather than a stiff modelling session. I have a clear vision of two locations around town that I think would work well:
1. Mablethorpe Beach: A classic, rugged coastal shot looking out to sea (perhaps with a coffee).
2. Local Arcade (Evening/Dusk): Taking advantage of the neon lights for a fun, colourful portrait.
I plan to bring two outfit changes (dark jeans/green waffle-knit/terracotta jacket, and grey jeans/red waffle-knit/brown jacket with a scarf) to give the photos some variety. I’m a 6’3″ white male, looking for a vibe that is smart, earthy, and approachable.
